Imagine...sitting at a white table cloth table without a menu, your stomach rumbling, as waitstaff parade past you eager eyes with platters laden with Chinese delights. Yea, thats Dim Sum.

This was some type of congee dish that was sprinkled with dried shrimp.

A dim sum experience would not be complete without the taste of chicken feet.

Steamed dumplings were devoured as soon as they were placed on the table, you're lucky a picture even exists.

Some type of stuffed mushroom, probably with pork but your guess is as good as mine

They said that this was fried ginger, but we really have no clue
